Overworked and overweight, straining under the demands of our high-stress jobs – Keith working long hours in physically demanding conditions as a chef; Diane in a travel-intensive consulting job – we no longer recognized ourselves. We felt like hamsters on a wheel, trapped in an unsustainable and burnout-inducing cycle of working constantly but not seeing any improvement in our salaries, sense of fulfillment, or quality of life.

By turning our attention to our physical health, we began to unthread all those years of burnout and rebuild our lives with energy, confidence, and excitement. Because now we knew there really was more to life than how we were living before, and we had the capacity to change that. Our physical transformations were tangible reminders of our ability to choose again – and this time, we were choosing freedom. We decided to sell everything and re-awaken our dreams - we packed up two suitcases each, our two dogs and moved to Mexico, where we have lived our definition of success and happiness for several years now.
After furthering our education with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, we went on to create FIT Hughes in partnership with Bodi, excited to share their life-changing fitness programs and the freedom of their business model with others.

Bodi (formerly known as Beachbody) is a publicly traded American fitness, media, and network marketing company based in Santa Monica, California. It’s been a household name for over 20 years, appearing on TV shows, fitness magazines, and the like since its founding in 1998. The Bodi business model gives entrepreneurial-spirited individuals the opportunity to be their own boss, make money online, and make a positive impact – all while supporting their health and wellness along the way.
The monthly fee supports the creation and maintenance of your Online Coach Office and Coach Website, proprietary product training tools and resources, tax reporting, and – of course – your access to a high-value community of other aspiring entrepreneurs who are building alongside you. One of the countless perks of partnering with Bodi is that they handle much of your business’s administrative and operational aspects. That means Bodi handles all product fulfillment (including product storage, order processing, and shipping), all customer service (including customer calls, returns, and refunds), and all payroll processing – so you don’t have to.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend committing to spending at least 10 hours a week to focus on business-building and implementation activities. Like most network marketing businesses, it’s likely that your Bodi Coach business will be your side business until you’re financially comfortable transitioning from your existing career into your online business full time. And like most things in life, your results and timeline to success hinge on the effort, diligence, and skill you pour into making your dreams tangible. So because success in business is so individualized – you’ll get out what you put in – we can’t guarantee certain results or a specific income from our mentorship program and/or the Bodi Coach opportunity.
